You're eligible to participate in the Baker Botts L.L.P. 401(k) and Savings Plan.

The Plan offers great features, including:

• Saving on a pre-tax basis, which lowers the taxes you pay today
• Tax-deferred savings growth; you pay taxes only upon withdrawal
• The option to save with Roth 401(k) contributions, allowing you to pay taxes today but not in retirement
• A choice of investments, including easy-to-use Vanguard Target Retirement Funds
• A Self-Directed Brokerage Account, giving you more flexibility in choosing your investment options
• Access to your savings through loans and certain in-service withdrawals if needed
• The ability to make changes to your contribution rate and/or investment options at any time
• Rollover options, allowing you to consolidate your balances from other eligible retirement plans and keep track of your savings in one place
• If you are a staff member and you don't actively choose whether you are enrolled, you will be automatically enrolled at a pre-tax contribution rate of 3%. Your contributions will be invested in the default Vanguard Target Retirement Fund based on your date of birth. You can opt out of automatic enrollment at any time.
